Stephe Rousseau - Co-Owner

Stephe's introduction to wine came at an early age. His French heritage along with the Italian side of his family meant there was always a bottle of wine at the table. It was not until 1983, while living in San Diego, that his personal interest in wine changed forever. Tasting his first Bordeaux was a turning point that led to a lifelong passion for wine. Stephe is committed to sharing his enthusiasm for wine in a way that is mindful of tradition while staying aware of current trends. Whether it's day-to-day operations, organizing and directing formal tastings, conducting seminars, leading wine dinners, or simply pouring from across the bar, Stephe has found his true calling.
